SMAC India is a private membership-based community and does not trade, sell, or distribute alcoholic beverages. Products showcased at the event are purely for sensory appreciation and education.

Participation is limited to members or invited guests above the legal drinking age applicable in the state of the event. Government-issued ID may be requested.

Seats are allotted on a first-come basis. SMAC India reserves the right of admission and may decline participation at its discretion; if declined after payment, a full refund will be issued.

By registering, participants acknowledge voluntary consumption, agree to drink responsibly, and accept responsibility for their health conditions, allergies, or sensitivities. SMAC encourages safe travel post-event and does not assume liability for medical or travel issues.

Tasting line-ups, number of samples, format, or sequence may change without prior notice due to availability, compliance, or logistics.

Payments once made are non-refundable. At SMAC's discretion, the fee may be adjusted against future events or merchandise. Transfers to another eligible participant may be allowed on request, subject to approval.

If the event is cancelled or rescheduled due to government regulations, venue restrictions, illness-based limitations (with proof), or other force-majeure circumstances, SMAC may refund the amount paid or adjust it towards a future date as preferred by the member.

SMAC reserves the right to deny/withdraw access for inappropriate behaviour, breach of law, venue policy violation, or disorderly conduct. No refunds will apply in such cases.

Events may be photographed or recorded for promotional or archival use. Attendance implies consent unless opted-out in writing prior to the event.

Member information collected during registration is handled securely and may only be shared for compliance, access, or legal requirements.

All participation is subject to applicable excise regulations, hospitality policies, and state-specific legal drinking rules.
